Fail-proof homemade Pain au chocolat!

Calling all chocolate lovers this is how to quickly fix that chocolate croissant craving in an instant! 

What you need:

  • 1 block Cooking chocolate
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg 

What to do: 

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced)
2. Sprinkle some flour over the bench top 
3. Cut the puff pastry to 9 equal slices
4. Place the chocolate piece in the pastry and roll
5. Brush over with egg wash  
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
